Abstract

Pertumbuhan usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Pekalongan saat ini masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan, Oleh karena itu perlu suatu cara atau metode tertentu untuk memperbaikinya bagaimana mereka dapat menjual produknya dengan baik. Upaya yang harus dilakukan saat ini diantaranya adalah dengan menggunakan melalui media digital dengan penerapannya secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisa keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace Batik pekalongan. Dengan sampel berjumlah 96 responden. Data diperoleh dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada pengrajin dan konsumen batik pekalongan . Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa 1). Produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace batik pekalongan dengan kualitas dan corak atau motif batik yang beraneka ragam. 2). Variabel terendah dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dengan keterjangkauan di masyarakat yang akan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace batik pekalongan

Abstract

The number of private universities is more than public universities, of course the existence of a number of private universities is very much the cause of the emergence of great competition among private universities that are competing to form a good image of the institution in an effort to attract public attention, especially attracting interest. prospective students thus private universities can develop various efforts based on marketing concepts, especially the marketing mix with the approach of eight indicators of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence, customer service. This study uses a qualitative research approach with research methods based on descriptive literature review of the theory of marketing mix service products with an approach to eight indicators including product management, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence, customer service and based on several research results related to application of the marketing mix in universities. The results of the study show that there are eight indicators in the marketing mix that are effectively applied to universities, including the management of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence, customer service and outside of these indicators, universities should implement efforts other than the marketing mix. which are constant, continuous, for example training, seminars and open house

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of compensation and work environment on employee productivity at PT. ATA International Industri. The research was conducted on production employees. The number of samples used in this research was 90 employees. This research uses analysis with the SEM-PLS model. The results of the research prove that the compensation given properly and by the agreed terms has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. In addition, the results of this research prove that a good and comfortable work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in injection molding. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and total quality control on employee performance.The sample used in this study were permanent employees as many 65 respondents with a purposive technique. The data analysis method used is regression and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that work motivation and total quality control have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia. The amount of influence given by the variable Work Motivation and Total Quality Control on Employee Performance is 56.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables which are not researched or discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty the sample used is 96 consumers. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability tests, especially classification assumptions such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The analysis used is regression and correlation analysis, determination, t test and f test, based on the results of research partially showing that service quality has a positive and significant influence on Gojek Customer Loyalty with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and a tcount of 3.762 and for customer satisfaction. Partially also shows that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Gojek Customer Loyalty, which is significant 0.001 <0.05 and tcount is 3.568. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on gojek customer loyalty

Abstract

Tahun 2020 hingga waktu ini tahun 2021 artinya masa sejarah bagi seluruh global, hal ini didasari seluruh dunia sedang mengalami masa pandemic covid 19. Pandemi covid 19 yg terjadi secara global tentu saja berdampak di berbagai sektor salah satunya sektor ekonomi. Penyakit Covid 19 sudah menyebabkan economi shock baik secara perorangan, rumah tangga, perusahaan mikro & makro mungil, menengah juga besar , tidak hanya pada Negara Indonesia saja namun bahkan mensugesti ekonomi negara lain. Hal ini berdampak mengubah pola kegiatan belanja yang umumnya warga membeli kebutuhan pribadi ke toko atau secara offline buat membeli kebutuhan sehari-hari menjadi berbelanja secara online, pola konsumsi waktu ini mulai merubah dari membeli barang menggunakan melihat atau mencoba secara eksklusif di toko/daerah menjadi membeli produk hanya sesuai gosip yang cukup tanpa mencoba/merasakan produk tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan informasi terjadi perubahan pola konsumsi pada sikap konsumen pada waktu pandemi covid-19 terutama di generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yg dipergunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. akibat penelitian menunjukkan pola konsumsi pada indicator mencari informasi barang atau jasa secara online. sesuai hasil penelitian disumplakn bawah terdapat perubahan di pola konsumsi generasi milinenal di masa pandemi covid-19 di indicator mencari berita, menggunakan dan membeli pada jasa e-commers.

Abstract

High rate of poverty in Indonesia is shown by the large number of poor people. This condition means that the economic development is not still be able to increase the walfare of the people. First, we need to analyze which factors that might be able to significantly affect the rates of poverty. The goal of this research is to determine those factors in Indonesia from 2015-2019. Secondary data is used in this research along with Data Panel Regression Analysis that is consisted of time series data in range 2015-2019 and cross section data of 33 provinces in Indonesia that is processed by Eviews 9. The regression model is obtained from Ordinary Least Square estimation through fixed effect model approach using dummy variable to find out different intercept in each provinces which explaining different area. The result show that the economic growth is significantly and negatively affecting the poverty in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. DKI Jakarta, Riau Islands, and East Kalimantan negatively affected to the factors of poverty while Papua, West Papua, and East Nusa Tenggara positively affected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting stock prices, empirical study of manufacturing companies in the automotive and component sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2019. This research. using purposive sampling with a sample of 9 automotive and component companies. The data used in this study, in the form of secondary data. Using panel data regression with Eviews 9. The results of the research variable Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Dividend Per Share (DPS) have a significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant positive effect. Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a significant positive effect, and Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a positive and insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of EPS, PER, and DPS on the stock price is 84%. Proving that EPS, PER and DPS explain 84% of Beta Shares, while the remaining 16% is due to other factors outside the variables studied

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) Tbk. Bekasi Sharia Branch Office. This research was conducted on employees of Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi, the sample in this study amounted to 67 people using a saturated sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test using SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, it shows that partially Career Development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0,000 < 0,05 and t count 4,748 > t table 1,999. While the variable Organizational Commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0,000 < 0,05 and t count 4,520 > t table 1,999. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) of 0,553, this indicates that the variables of Career Development and Organizational Commitment have an influence on Employee Performance of 55,3% while the remaining 44,7% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of office employees at PT Cipta Nugraha Contrindo, carried out on all office employees, with a sample of 64 employees using a saturated sample. The method of data collection by distributing questionnaires to obtain primary data with data analysis used by simple regression analysis with regression equations, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing (t test) using the SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been conducted shows that partially compensation (X1) has a low, negative and significant effect on turnover intention (Y). Likewise, job satisfaction (X2) partially shows that there is a low, negative and significant influence on the turnover intention (Y) of PT Cipta Nugraha Contrindo office employees.
